Location. Cleanliness. Staff. Restaurant at the Lobby. They had a side ramp for luggages. Filtered water dispensers in all floors didnt expect that but only 1 water dispenser was available the one at the lobby. Rosario- she manages the breakfast area was very nice and sweet . Julio Front Desk he messaged me that our room was ready for an early check in.

Location , wanted art deco Hotel so fitted. Food was very good, somewhat limited but that was there pitch - quality..views from room 304 great. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Noise yes its a busy road but this hotel is close to South end so quieter.

Great location! Breakfast was good more gluten free options would be nice. Bathroom needs more counter space and a mat for the shower to prevent slipping. Staff went above and beyond to help

The complimentary-continental breakfast was fine WITH ONE EXCEPTION: Their "meat-selection was ONLY pork; there was no beef sausages nor beef bacon, turkey sausages nor turkey bacon ! For more than $350.00 per night [on average], I expected to have more of a meat-selection than just PORK EVERY MORNING !!!

Perfect iconic location. Easy access to everything. The staff was phenomenal: kind, helpful, and even remembered my birthday! Loved that the windows could open towards the water to catch the ocean breeze. Loved the nightlife outside…it is Miami after all! Great taste of a different culture.

The team is awesome. The most iconic product and prime location wouldn't help, If it's not filled with life, a heart and a soul by the people who work there. Everyone we met was wonderful. Thank you for the fun times at the bar!

I loved the interior, exterior, breakfast every morning in the outdoor area, the beach towels, the beach chairs, the short walk down to the beach, the action on Ocean Drive, the ocean view from our window and all the nice people working in the hotel

Perfect location on Ocean Drive. Room comfortable and clean. Excellent soundproofing so no noise at night. Staff helpful and friendly. Nice continental breakfast. Excellent on-site restaurant.
